SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY

Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination. It is unlawful and is a violation of Pacific West policy. Sexual harassment may be defined as unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects and individual’s employment or learning environment; unreasonably interferes with an individual’s performance; or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working or learning environment. Students who engage in the illegal behavior may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.

Students who feel that they have been subject to sexual harassment should contact the Dean.
