    ADMISSIONS
  Admissions Policy

Students seeking admission into the LL.M. program at Pacific West College are evaluated based on past academic performance, achievements in their professional life, accomplishments in personal endeavors and a personal interview designed to determine motivational factors, strengths and weaknesses.

  Admissions Requirements and Procedures

Students seeking an LL.M. in Taxation or Environmental Law must have a Juris Doctorate Degree. Applicants seeking a Master of Arts in Law must have a Bachelors Degree. There will be no credit given for life-time experiences in lieu of these degrees. Students transferring from other similar programs will be evaluated on an individual basis with emphasis placed on the similarity of courses taken in the previous program, the length of time in the previous program, and the reasons for wanting transfer.

  Admissions Deadlines

The Board of Admissions will consider each applicant soon after all necessary items have been submitted to the Admissions Office.

  Pre-Application Counseling

Pre-application counseling is encouraged for those interested in learning more about Pacific West College of Law. This will provide personal insight into the admissions process, admission criteria, academic standards, and many other concerns confronting entering and transfer students.
