A student who withdraws during the first semester of law study shall be treated as a new admission and the petition for readmission will be referred immediately to the Admissions Office. A student who has successfully completed any units at Pacific West and has taken a leave of absence, not longer than one calendar year, must petition the Dean to be allowed to re-enroll as a continuing student. A student who has taken a leave of absence for longer than one calendar year must appear in person before the Dean or the designated staff member. As a condition to readmission, a student who has taken a leave of absence for longer than one calendar year may be required to repeat courses taken prior to the withdrawal. |
