Kevin O'Connell
Dean/Chief Executive Officer
Dean O’Connell is the founder of the Law School and has been a practicing attorney and a law school professor since 1982. From his law practice, as a litigator, Dean O’Connell brings knowledge and expertise in business organization and operation. He has been associated with various law schools for over twenty-five years. He has been instrumental in the creation of the academic program at the school. Dean O’Connell designed and developed the Master of Arts in Law Degree.

Cynthia Sheu
Executive Vice President/Registrar
As Executive Vice President of Pacific West College of Law, Ms. Sheu is responsible for the day to day affairs of the College. She has worked with the College for the past 13 years. She works closely with the governing agencies of the school including the State Bar of California. She is responsible for the enrollment of students and student files.

Dien Da Dinh
Vice President Planning/Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dinh is a licensed real estate broker in the United States and a graduate of Southern California College of Law. Mr. Dinh also has a law degree under the French system of law. He has been instrumental in the planning and development of the school curriculum and facilities. His contributions have enabled the Board to develop long range plans for facility expansion. Mr. Dinh has an extensive background in business and legal education. Mr. Dinh designed and developed the LL.M. in Taxation program.
