Why is a sexual harassment issue not exclusively heard in workers compensation Courts?

WC administrative proceedings are to address body injuries alleged by employees, whereas Sexual Harassment is a Cause of Action of a variety of different behaviors which occur in a work environment amongst employees. The aggrieved party selects the forum. However, on the DWC 1 (Employee Claim Form for work injury) the form plainly states to list the injured body part. "Sexual Harassment" is not a body part. If you've suffered an injury at work DUE to Sexual Harassment, consult a WC attorney. It will not cost you any money. The injured body part would be your Psyche. It would be treated as an injury to your Psyche. If your an employer, talk to your attorney.
